A deliberate presence on the wrist
Reference Q1242521 has a 36 mm case in 18-carat pink gold, measuring 9.3 mm thick. Those dimensions are best considered together: diameter establishes scale, while thickness helps determine how a watch sits on the wrist.
A watch’s presence also comes from the dial opening, the width of its bezel and the transition into its strap. The photographs of this reference reveal a design in which each element remains legible. The case frames the composition without dominating it.
A moon phase that belongs to the dial
The silver sunray dial combines gilt indices with Dauphine hands. At six o’clock, the date surrounds the moon phase indication, bringing both functions together in the lower part of the dial.
That arrangement gives the otherwise restrained face a clear focal point. In the manufacture’s photographs, the contrast between pink gold, silver and blue makes the complication distinct while preserving the coherence of the design.

The movement behind the dial
The automatic Calibre 925 provides a stated power reserve of 70 hours. A sapphire caseback reveals the movement and its openworked rotor in 22-carat pink gold. A black alligator strap completes the classic presentation.
The contrast between the two sides is part of the watch’s interest: a restrained dial on one side, and a mechanism available to examine through the transparent back on the other. Detail reveals itself without demanding attention at every glance.
Our view: this Master Ultra Thin Moon is worth considering for its combination of precious materials, measured proportions and a carefully organised dial.
