A residence, a new chapter.

Approached by a Monaco concierge company on behalf of a family seeking a second home in Dubai, ABJ supported the acquisition of this exceptional villa in Nad Al Sheba.

The story behind this moment

The property belonged to an existing client, allowing us to work directly with the seller. We followed the administrative process, deadlines and payment through to completion in June 2025. The video shows the villa as construction was nearing completion.

Finding a Bugatti Chiron in our client’s chosen configuration, then supporting the acquisition through to delivery in Dubai.

The story behind this moment

The client’s preferred specification guided our search. We then coordinated discussions between the buyer and seller and followed up on the agreed terms, deadlines and payment. Filmed on 30 October 2023, the delivery marked the completion of the acquisition.
